2008 - October – completed PhP26M improvement of Malinta Office, renamed as Maxima Rebuild & Training Center.
2008 - October – adopted a Php6M World Class Storage System for H.O. Warehouse.
2008 - December – Parts Sales surpassed the 500 million peso mark.
2009 - Maxima took a stand against NIA on the anomalous P1.4B RIDC bidding. This is a first in the industry.
