Center has once again made a very significant addition to its array of high technology test equipment.
We have just recently installed an Alternator and Starting Motor Test Bench in our MRC workshop. This test bench is manufactured by Durst Motor and Electric Inc. of
New South Wales,
Australia. It can test DC systems of 6, 12 and 24 volts; Alternators of up to 2.64 Kw and Starting Motors up to 1,500 Ampere rating.
We have now completely freed ourselves from dependency to outside contractors on the repair and testing of the abovementioned components. In fact we will be able to do it on a higher quality level because of a more comprehensive testing capability.
This is once again a sure step towards making our workshop meet global standard.
