Maxima's Technical Training Department has a nationwide network catering to our clientele from various industries wherever they are. The Main Training Center in Valenzuela, Metro Manila and all of our branches’ training facilities nationwide are staffed by highly qualified and competent instructors who are regularly trained by our principals at their training facilities abroad and in actual hands-on at job sites thus keeping abreast with the latest technology regarding our products and services, state of the art equipment, and new trends in training methodology.

As part of Maxima's outstanding after-sales service, all of our service engineers and technicians nationwide undergo our annual in-house training programs ensuring highly technical competence to handle any customers’ equipment repair and maintenance needs. Our equipment operators likewise undergo seminars relating to safe, productive and correct equipment operations. For our clients and their personnel, to enhance their aptitude and skills in the heavy equipment field, seminars are offered and scheduled throughout the year covering such subjects as equipment operations, preventive machine maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair procedures. Our technical training courses are designed for operators, mechanics and engineers, conducted in different regional dialects for total comprehension and effectiveness. Training materials, modules and equipment are upgraded in keeping pace with new machine models or innovations.
