Maxima presently has its shop service facility in the Valenzuela City,Philippines. Jobs that require more than three days to complete are done in these shops wherein factory standard are met. Quality checking of complete machine repairs is then confirmed by dynamometer, special diagnostic tools and test benches to ensure that machine is within standard specifications and performance.

COMPETENT MOBILE SERVICE TEAMS

We have our Manila, Semirara, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Surigao and Davao field service network wherein service engineers, technicians and mechanics are assigned geographically to fully address the needs of our customers in any point in the Philippines. Each Maxima branch service network is manned by competent service engineers, technicians and mechanics and is outfitted with state-of-the-art, specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.

Maxima Field Service Teams are dispatched within 24 hours of the complaint in the field, in service vehicles supplied with hand tools, diagnostic tools, service literatures and communication equipment. These teams can work around the clock and respond to the crisis situations in the field.

Maxima service engineers, technicians and mechanics have undergone the comprehensive Maxima Service Training program and continue to receive training regularly in-house and abroad to update and improve their technical skills and knowledge. They are also updated on all the latest modifications and new technology innovations introduced in the machines.

ON SITE SUPPORT SERVICE

We can deploy a whole on site support team within a few days notice with complete portable office with furniture, fixtures and equipment including computer and library. Complete portable warehouse facilities, portable tool room with all necessary equipment, tools, welding machines, field assembly and diagnostic tools suited for the site. Our on site team need not to worry about their lodging and mess facilities because there are also standard portable cabins that always go along with the set.
